LJ Christmas Manor is a non profit senior citizens high rise complex operated by the Burquitlam Senior Housing Society under the sponsorship of the Burquitlam Lions Club. The manor provides accommodations for approximately 150 residents on limited incomes.
Centrally located near the Lougheed Mall, Christmas Manor is accessible to public transportation, medical clinics, hospitals, senior recreation centres, restaurants, hotels and numerous other amenities. Rents include heat, lights and cable.
Suites available for rent are: one bedrooms, studios, private room & board units and shared room & board units.
Christmas Manor offers a cafeteria, ample parking facilities, movies, TV’s, pool tables, shuffle board, a piano and an organ, a well stocked library and many more recreational aids to make living in Christmas Manor an enjoyable event. The building is staffed 24 hours a day with a General Manager, Receptionist, Cooks, Servers, Cleaners and Maintenance during the day, and Night Supervisors ( 5:00 pm until 8:00 am) in case of any emergency.
